Shipping
We provide free shipping within the United States and this is included in all our pricing, there are no additional shipping fees.
Different products will ship at different speeds, for instance our parts will ship much quicker than our kayaks. Kayaks are shipped by what is called LTL (less than a truckload) for kayaks that are in stock this is usually 1-2 weeks, for colors made to order this can be from 7-11 weeks.
We provide tracking for all of our deliveries, but we ask for you patience, depending on the product this can take anywhere between 3 days for us to update you with the tracking ID to 7 weeks once the product has been made and is being sent to send this through to you.
During these times, there is currently a delay in shipping all orders. The estimated time for shipping out your order will be between 2-6 weeks. This does not include the transit times once shipped of an estimated 7-14 days.
Once shipped, you will receive a call from the selected carrier 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. You should ensure we have the best contact information on file so there are no delays, this call is in place to allow customers an opportunity to be present during delivery. Please note that if you are unreachable the carrier will deliver the package despite this at their earliest convenience. To ensure accuracy, please make sure to inspect your delivery for any issues that might have occurred in transit.
